Anchored, so scores mean something
Every point on the 1–5 scale has written criteria. Two coaches evaluating the same player land in the same place, and a 3 in October still means a 3 in March.
Coaches see their own work only
No one edits another coach's evaluation, and no one sees another coach's scores before submitting. Consensus comes from independent reads, not from anchoring on whoever went first.
Your data stays your data
Evaluations never leave your club. There is no cross-club leaderboard, no shared benchmark pool, and no aggregate that a competing club can see.
